Influence, control and responsibilities of public officers

1. COVID-19, the ‘science’ is far from settled.

We hope the information above provides you with an incentive to dig a little deeper and gain a greater understanding of our current situation – When it comes to COVID-19, the ‘science’ is far from settled.

However, there is something we do know – we know that the policies enacted to ‘control’ the virus have reaped immeasurable damage and that the ‘cure’ is certainly worse than the disease. The UK finds itself left with a sadder, poorer, sicker and more divided country than ever.

2. Local, regional and national Government leaders have the power that we the people gave them, to disrupt and effect change.

We are calling on them to choose to do things differently, to not blindly follow central Government directives but to challenge and ask questions. This is still a free country with freedom of speech.

Think about what might happen if your leaders refused to implement further measures which they now know may not be necessary or effective but WILL cause harm to the public?

What if relevant officers refused to be involved in the unnecessary closures of honest, hardworking and now struggling businesses?

What if Public Health England refused to support the unnecessary, unethical and downright dangerous vaccination of children?

3. It's a leader's job to be in difficult situations.

They are in position to offer a more balanced and truthful messaging to the Hertfordshire public, one which is more compassionate and which may help contain the public’s anxiety more effectively. It would not only decrease internal stressors but would also lessen the conflicts witnessed between people, which further exacerbate the public’s level of confusion and distress.

Yes, we know, they are in a very difficult position, and as an example, would only be able to stand up to the Government if other county Council officers all stood up. They now know that this is a very disturbing and serious situation that harks back to the pre-WWII of Nazi Germany.

4. Strong advice to leaders.

We would sincerely advise before you unleash any draconian measures on your staff responding to the Government’s demands concerning, masks, COVID-19 tests, and vaccinations, that you seek legal advice immediately.

Unfair dismissal cases will proliferate as many lawyers are now offering their services for free.

No doubt, from the top of your pyramid down, that you are all following orders, emanating initially from the Government. You may feel therefore that your personal liability in this matter is secure, knowing that you were just following orders, if you are then we urge you to think again.

We know of other people involved in the disseminating of the Government narrative, fully aware of the deficiencies in that narrative, but still following Government instructions to the detriment of the people. Their time will come.

5. You will be pleased to learn that there are teams of lawyers waiting for the end of this despicable, disastrous situation the people of this country are in.

We will be ready to enact indictments against all known perpetrators who have knowingly been following immoral and criminal orders to the detriment of the population of this country.

These perpetrators will no doubt believe that such indictments will not be levied at them.

They are not accepting that following such orders could lead to charges of committing indefensible, murderous crimes against humanity.

They are going to be alarmingly surprised. This is a very serious situation for those simply following orders, especially those that knew the truth, that is according to the Nuremberg Principles stating, ‘following orders is no defence’.
