Request for Information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
We write in response to your enquiry under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act.
1. The number of deaths caused by Covid 19 from the 1st of March to the 30th of December in 2020.
Response:
NHS Forth Valley has considered your request and we can confirm that the information is “otherwise accessible”. The exemption that we consider applies is set out below:
Section 25 – Information otherwise accessible
Information which the applicant can reasonably obtain other than by requesting it under section 1(1) is exempt information.
