Further to your email dated 5th April 2021 and received by the Trust on 6th April 2021, our response to your request is as follows (highlighted in blue):

Under the freedom of information act could you give all the deaths of covid 19 purely of covid 19 ‐ no underlying conditions in all Sheffield hospital since March 2020

The number of deaths is 36
