With reference to your request for information dated 12 April regarding the above, please find below your questions and our responses:-

1. 1. How many deaths each month did greater Highland and Island Hospitals record between January 2020 and March 2021, where COVID-19 was the ONLY cause of death?
      There have been five deaths in NHS Highland hospitals where COVID-19 was the only cause of death recorded in the period of interest. The frequency of these deaths is tabulated below by month.

1. 1. What was the age of those who died ONLY due to COVID-19?
      The ages of those who died are provided in the table below:
